FD 27 Direct Your Football Club FD 27 Facilities Priority List
S-tier is the training ground. The museum is a postcard.
This list ranks FD 27: Direct Your Football Club buildings the way an owner should spend, not the way a brochure photographs. Eight facilities exist in version 0.1: stadium, training ground, gym, medical department, official store, museum, offices and scouting centre. Pair the ranking with the facilities guide for unlocks and with staff hire order because youth coaches stay invisible until the academy brickwork exists.
S — Training ground and medical department
Saturday lives here. The training ground and gym feed fitness, fatigue and the shape the coach can actually use. If the side dies after the 75th, that is this tier, not a missing shout. See match day. The medical department is the delayed bill. Traumatic and short muscular injuries both exist, down to a single day. A shed in August is a revolving door in February. Fund the room after you hire the people. Facility completion now notifies you so you stop staring at the calendar. Matchday upgrades that skipped the match were patched.
A — Gym, then academy when vision asks
Gym sits beside training. Split them only if the budget is a knife. The academy is A when club vision promised a production line, C when you are surviving League Two on fumes. Youth coaches will not appear until the building exists. Version 0.3 on the roadmap sketches deeper work from roughly age eleven. Do not plan 0.3 into a 0.1 save. An under-16 promotion lock was patched after players slipped through.
B — Scouting centre, offices, careful stadium
The scouting centre supports reports that now use thousands of situational sentences. A barren shortlist is still often a sporting director problem. Read scouting reports before you blame the building. Offices help the company feel like a company. They do not heal February. The stadium is capacity, atmosphere and a sponsor slot. Expand it when seats are the bottleneck, not when pride itches. A League Two loan shaped like extra rows is how June looks surprised. Ticket math lives on how to manage finances.
C — Official store and museum
They generate. Merchandising was rebalanced for weaker divisions so the shop is not a joke. They are still comfort. Building them first is a pretty month and a tired April. Museum economics already moved once in public patches. Retick after patch notes. How to get sponsors will not save a museum you built instead of a treatment room.
Loans that finish S-tier bricks can be rational. Loans that finish C-tier postcards follow you without feeding the eleven. Use a monthly save before you break ground. Three slots exist.
This order is for owners who want the systems to stay readable. If you already sit in a giant with a full medical wing, skip to stadium and scouting. If you do not, keep the museum as a postcard until May can name the training ground you actually funded. That discipline survives the next economy patch better than a favourite facade.
If a patch moves museum income or injury rates, do not promote the postcard. Recheck S-tier first. Saturday still lives in training and medical even when the shop looks prettier in a screenshot. If a patch moved museum income or injury rates, retick S and C. The order is the point. Comfort can wait until May can name the training ground you actually paid for.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for the boardroom questions owners actually search.
Is the stadium ever S-tier?
When capacity is the actual bottleneck. On a first League One save, fitness and treatment beat extra seats.
Why is the academy not always A?
Because vision has to pay for it. A survival chair that builds academy before medical is writing fan fiction.
Can I skip the gym?
Only if training is already honest. Gym is the twin, not the museum.
Do notifications mean I can ignore the calendar?
No. They stop you missing a finish. You still plan the order. See the first season checklist.
